Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.
Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to exchange your item to another garment which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. Once delivered and you need to exchange for a different size please email email@example.com.
The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online. Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment held by customs.
L'Jai Amor is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-order an item. So please take extra care when placing your pre order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, update you after Pre-order when your items are available for shipping.
You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order items, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement.
We do not accept returns, however exchanges for different sizes are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace pieces that are not of correct size. Only if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send our P.O. Box.
All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which takes, 3 - 5 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.
Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service or an incorrect address given, it is not our responsibility to replace it.
For additional shipping options, such as next day shipping, please contact us at email@example.com. Regular and not pre order processing time is usually under 1 week. Please note: Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
