A preorder is an order placed for items before they are available for sale online. When you place a preorder the stock is reserved for you and when the product becomes in stock your order will be dispatched. Depending on the item our preorders generally take less than 4 weeks to be back in stock. Feel free to email us for specifics.
Made To Order(MTO)
Made to order (MTO) is a business production strategy that allows our customers to purchase our pieces that are customized to their specifications for a fit that is closest to your preferred fit of choice. However you do have the option to chose from designated size options as well. All orders are prepaid and once complete then shipped to our customer. MTO is not eligible for exchange or return so please ensure that your measurements are accurate. MTO is made and shipped within 6 weeks. If your garment needs additional alterations you would then need to arrange with a seamstress to complete the changes at your own expense.
We do not accept returns, however exchanges for different sizes are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and wrapped appropriately to avoid any damage while in transition.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace pieces that are not of correct size. Only if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send our P.O. Box with return instructions.
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS, which takes, 2 - 5 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.
Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service or an incorrect address given, it is not our responsibility to replace it.
For additional shipping options, please contact us at email@example.com. Regular and not pre order processing time is usually within a few days. Please note: Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Loose fringe can not be returned for exchanged or refunds unless received damaged through transit. Please note all pieces are inspected before shipment, if issues have occurred to the piece during shipment please contact us within 1-2 days of shipment.
