We do not accept returns, however exchanges for different sizes are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and wrapped appropriately to avoid any damage while in transition.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace pieces that are not of correct size. Only if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send our P.O. Box.
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS, which takes, 2 - 5 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.
Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service or an incorrect address given, it is not our responsibility to replace it.
For additional shipping options, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Regular and not pre order processing time is usually within a few days. Please note: Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Loose fringe can not be returned for exchanged or refunds unless received damaged through transit. Please note all pieces are inspected before shipment, if issues have occurred to the piece during shipment please contact us within 1-2 days of shipment.
